Europe's Best Companies to Work For

SentinelOne is One of Europe’s Best Companies to Work For. Here’s Why.

Some milestones define growth; others define who you are. For SentinelOne, this one does both. We’ve just been named one of the 2025 Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For™ in Europe — our first appearance on the list, and a powerful affirmation of the culture we’ve built across the continent. For local Sentinels, the recognition simply confirms what they already know.

Martin Matula“Joining SentinelOne was the easiest job change I’ve ever made,” recalls Martin Matula, VP, Software Engineering and Site Leader for Czech Republic and Slovakia. He received that offer four years ago, when barely anyone in the region knew the company. “I talked to the executive team, and they were so real, so down to earth, it felt like fate. I had zero doubts. My only question was: Where do I sign?”

Four years later, more than 350 Sentinels work from offices in Prague, Brno, and remotely across both countries. Growing by roughly a hundred people a year, the Czech and Slovak site has become the largest engineering hub for SentinelOne globally and its biggest base in Europe. With 85 employees, Amsterdam follows, with teams in the United Kingdom and France closely behind. Altogether, more than 720 Sentinels now work across all of Europe.

People as a Strategic Advantage

Katie SouthernFor Katie Southern, VP, People EMEA, APJ, and Global Connected Experiences, the company’s European growth has brought not only scale, but also recognition.

“With so much geopolitical uncertainty over the past years, having a strong presence in Europe has been hugely helpful for our business. It’s given us more credibility as a global organization and allowed us to show tangible ties to the EU. That kind of stability has been critical, especially when things have been unpredictable elsewhere,” she says.

But what makes SentinelOne one of the best workplaces in Europe, she adds, isn’t strategy or market reach. “People are the greatest asset of any organization, and that’s why we keep our people in the center of everything we do.”

Lino PizziThat belief is echoed across the company. “I love the relentlessness of our people. They are driven and they never give up,” says Lino Pizzi, Director, Incident Response and Cyber Risk for EMEA. “It’s a tough market, and we are charging at the speed of light, but the passion people have here is everything. I joined this company thrilled about where we’re going. Fast forward four and a half years and I’m still thrilled. We never stop dreaming about achieving what we want and we never stop innovating. That’s really exciting for me. Right now, SentinelOne is a place to be.”

Work That Feeds Curiosity

Ask anyone at SentinelOne what keeps them here, and many will point to the work itself.

Anastasija Frizenova“In many places, your focus as an engineer is narrow: you build products only for finance, or only for retail, or only for hospitality,” says Anastasija Frizenova, Director, Technical Recruiting for the region. “But here, we solve problems that secure all kinds of businesses. And the challenges we’re tackling aren’t trivial. We’re developing solutions that truly haven’t been built before. We often start with just an idea — maybe a mock-up — and then we build it from the ground up. That freedom, scope, and scale are invaluable.”

Maciej PatynskiThe thrill of tackling the unknown is something that unites engineers and designers alike. “The risk landscape is evolving literally every day,” explains Maciej Patyński, Senior Manager, MDR Threat Response. “We see new techniques, new threat actors, the increasing usage of AI and we as defenders need to keep up, predict even. Our biggest strength is combining AI embedded in our solutions with our human experts, hand in hand, shoulder to shoulder, delivering really valuable output for the customers. That’s what makes working here exciting and rewarding. Every day brings new challenges. It’s never boring, never dull.”

Growth That Feels Real

At SentinelOne, career growth is more than a buzzword; it’s a lived experience.

Veronika Liehmanová“I’ve been here for four years. These days, that’s quite a stretch to stay so long at one company, especially in tech. But for me, it’s about growth, constant professional development that never stops. At least not here,” says Anastasija Frizenova.

“People who thrive here are hardworking, passionate, highly capable, and willing to go above and beyond every day. They care about their work and they care about each other, which is really special,” adds Veronika Liehmanová, Director, People CZ & SK.

Anna Kurylo“In my previous companies, I’ve always felt like there was a ceiling that you reach and after that it’s pretty much impossible to move up and find other opportunities,” says Anna Kurylo, Senior Manager, Software Engineering. “Here, I was able to participate in projects I’m interested in, I was able to grow my team and felt supported at every step. It has been fantastic in terms of building my career and making an impact.”

For her, feeling at home in the company is just as important as growth. “I think you can really belong here,” she says. “You are welcome, and the benefits that we offer are great as well. I am really proud to be working here.”

A People-First Culture

Flavien VivierFrom generous benefits to everyday support from leaders and peers, SentinelOne’s People-First culture is tangible across Europe.

“When I explained to my friends and family that I could take 16 weeks of fully paid parental leave when my son was born, they had a hard time believing it,” recalls Flavien Vivier, Principal Solutions Architect. “It’s just insane if you think about it. The company pays you for spending quality time with your family. You don’t crunch numbers at that time, you don’t produce value, and they still do it. Both for mothers and fathers, equally. It’s incredible and I really cannot stress enough how grateful I am to be working at a company that cares like that.”

Gender-neutral parental leave, premium healthcare, home office allowances, and company stock options all stand out as strong benefits. But what Sentinels appreciate most is the flexibility and trust they’re given.

Martin Kanak“I work remotely during flexible working hours, and that is a fantastic benefit. My three children all have different schedules I have to coordinate. Somewhere else this could be very challenging, but at SentinelOne, it is not a problem at all,” says Martin Kaňák, Senior Manager, Software Engineering. “As long as I do my job and deliver results, no one cares when or from where I work. This is a huge benefit for everyone.”

A Culture of Authenticity and Purpose

Blanca GalleteroWhat ties it all together is a sense of belonging rooted in authenticity and meaning.

“I think we’re incredibly fortunate to work in an environment where authenticity isn’t just accepted, it’s encouraged. In many companies, you may need to play a certain role to succeed. At SentinelOne, each person is valued for who they truly are, and that’s something I find remarkable,” says Blanca Galletero, VP, EMEA Channels. “The company allows us to be who we are and to learn from each other without judgment or expectation. It’s something we need to protect as we grow. This culture of digital humanism, where every individual can thrive without following a script, is rare.”

Authenticity may define each individual, but it’s the shared mission that unites them all.

“I decided a few years back that I wanted my work to mean something, to matter. And I think cybersecurity is a noble and important field,” says Martin Matula. “As our lives become increasingly digital, cybersecurity is no longer just about privacy. It’s about personal safety, identity protection, and even physical security, especially as more international conflicts shift into cyberspace. This field keeps growing in importance. And I think it’s fulfilling to be on the right side.”

For Paolo Ardemagni, VP, Sales, the feeling is as simple as it is powerful. “The energy is special, the product is special, the solution is special, our leadership is special,” he says. “And our future, well, that’s truly special.”
