SentinelOne Appoints EMEA Channel Chief as Market Demand Fuels Accelerated Growth & Expansion

Roland Stritt joins to drive EMEA channel engagement, addressing unprecedented customer traction and market opportunity

Mountain View, Calif. and London, UK – March 12, 2020 – SentinelOne, the autonomous cybersecurity platform company, today announced the appointment of cyber industry veteran Roland Stritt as Senior Director of Channel for EMEA. Stritt will be responsible for driving channel engagement across the EMEA region to deliver hyper growth and value for SentinelOne’s growing community of committed partners. The move comes in the wake of a string of positive developments for the company, including $200m in new Series E funding, the appointment of Daniel Kollberg as VP EMEA, and the recent unveiling of the unique, AI-powered Singularity XDR platform.

As we step up our presence in EMEA with a bigger team and an even sharper focus on the quality and support of our partner base, we wanted the skills and experience of a proven channel operator like Roland,” commented Daniel Kollberg, VP EMEA at SentinelOne. “There is increasing uncertainty around other vendors in the endpoint security market and, with Roland’s channel leadership, we will help partners benefit from our latest AI-driven product innovations. We are building a lot of momentum, and our new multi-tier partner programme is designed to help partners achieve more, realise greater margins and enable their customers to defend against every attack at every stage.”

With two decades’ experience in senior sales and partner management roles at cyber and infrastructure vendors including Palo Alto Networks, Roland Stritt joins SentinelOne from Rubrik where he was formerly Director of EMEA Channels: “Being closely aligned to the cybersecurity market for over 20 years, you understand when a truly disruptive, unique and original technology comes along – this is exactly what SentinelOne represents and the opportunities are very exciting,” said Stritt. “The SentinelOne sales growth through 2019 and into 2020 has been remarkable, particularly in EMEA, and the timing is right to introduce a focused partner programme that recognises the expertise and commitment that existing and new partners bring to the table, and gives them all the support they need to be successful.”

SentinelOne offers three levels of partnership: platinum, gold, and silver. Under the renewed EMEA programme, partners at all levels get greater access to technical and marketing support as well as training materials.

  • Silver level partnership is ideal for smaller channel partner companies or those new to the SentinelOne product. They will benefit from deal protection and special pricing in order to remain competitive with larger partners.
  • Gold partnership is open to firms meeting the booking criteria and with a minimum number of SentinelOne certified staff. In addition to the silver level benefits, gold partners will be able to access marketing resources and have access to SentinelOne channel managers.
  • Platinum partnership will be open to a select number of partners across EMEA, those with the closest relationship with SentinelOne. For these partners, SentinelOne will develop an ongoing investment plan comprising joint marketing campaigns and activities.
