SentinelOne Elevates Nicholas Warner to COO, Daniel Bernard to CMO, and Efraim Harari to CCO as SentinelOne Continues to be the Industry’s Fastest Growing Cybersecurity Company

New Appointments Reflect SentinelOne’s Commitment to Drive Consistent Innovation for Ushering in the New Standard for Autonomous Enterprise Security

Mountain View, Calif. – February 6, 2019 SentinelOne, the autonomous endpoint protection company, today announced that Nicholas Warner, the company’s Chief Revenue Officer, has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO), Daniel Bernard, currently VP of Business & Corporate Development, has been promoted to Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), and Efraim (Efi) Harari, currently General Counsel, has been promoted to Chief Compliance & Trust Officer (CCO). The appointments come on the heels of SentinelOne exceeding its aggressive growth targets for the past year. 2018 was a year of massive company-wide growth in which revenue more than tripled, the company added many strategic partnerships, unveiled new branding, and executed an aggressive data privacy and security compliance program – all of which worked together to make 2018 a banner year for SentinelOne.

Over the last year, Mr. Warner built a global sales team across North America, EMEA, Asia Pacific, and Japan with an enterprise focus that produced unprecedented customer growth, including three Fortune 10 accounts, numerous Global 2000 companies, and several US Federal organizations. In the past year, SentinelOne has tripled its customer base and is the fastest growing next-generation endpoint security provider in the world. The company is 100% channel focused and works with premier cybersecurity solution providers in all geographies. In his new role as COO, Warner’s focus expands to lead all forward-facing company activities: Global Sales and Development, Services, and Customer Support.

Under Mr. Bernard’s leadership as the VP of Business & Corporate Development, SentinelOne boasted over 30 integrations with leading cyber and IT solutions aimed at helping customers leverage SentinelOne’s unparalleled APIs and automated cybersecurity posture. Additionally, Bernard has been responsible for the company’s first OEM deals, a strategic alliance with Microsoft to power Mac and Linux coverage for the Windows Defender ATP product, and a full company rebrand. As CMO, Bernard will be responsible for all corporate and regional messaging along with brand, pipeline, channel marketing, and customer engagement which includes business development, US and international field marketing, product marketing, and analyst relations.

During 2018 Mr. Harari led a significant expansion of the company’s IP program, established an information security program (including ISO27001 audit and certification), and started the company’s FedRAMP program, which already enables SentinelOne customers to utilize a secure FedRAMP environment including FedRAMP-compliant boundary. In his new role, Harari will oversee all legal and compliance matters, including compliance with today’s leading privacy regulations such as GDPR, thought leadership across data security and privacy, expansion of SentinelOne’s information security program, and an aggressive IP program for the company’s constantly evolving technologies.

“Nick, Daniel, and Efi have distinguished themselves as innovative visionaries in the cybersecurity industry and have brought incredible expertise and leadership to the SentinelOne team,” said Tomer Weingarten, CEO, SentinelOne. “2018 has been a landmark year for SentinelOne, driven in large part by the contributions and efforts from this dynamic trio’s leadership, and we’re excited to further accelerate our market-leading momentum in 2019 as we continue to provide the most advanced cybersecurity technology to the world’s leading enterprises.

Over the past year, SentinelOne has become a major force to be reckoned with in the next-gen security industry. As the unquestioned innovation leader of the space, SentinelOne is aggressively converging EPP and EDR: the company is building a new enterprise security platform to take AI-driven autonomous protection technology to places it has never been before.
