SentinelOne Named a Best Workplace™ in Poland for 2026

For the third consecutive year, SentinelOne has been named one of the top ten Best Workplaces™ in Poland by Great Place to Work®, as well as a Best Workplace™ for Millennials in Poland for the second year running.

Since establishing our presence in Poland in 2021, our team has built more than a workplace—they’ve built a culture rooted in trust, collaboration, and shared pride. Today, 45 Sentinels across Engineering, R&D, Technical Support, Sales, Threat Hunting, Trust, and People functions help bring that culture to life every day.

“What stands out most about our team in Poland is the energy, care, and commitment they bring to one another and to our customers every day,” said Divya Ghatak, Chief People, Places and Corporate Engagement Officer. “I’m incredibly proud of the community they’ve built together and grateful for the impact they continue to make across SentinelOne.”

As a Principal Recruiter based in Poland, Matylda Rabczenko has played a key role in helping grow SentinelOne’s presence in the region by connecting exceptional talent with the company’s culture. For Matylda, finding the right people goes beyond technical expertise—it’s about identifying individuals who are collaborative, curious, and motivated to make an impact.

“Poland is at an extraordinary moment. The country is evolving quickly, and so is the talent emerging from it,” said Matylda. “What stands out most in my conversations with candidates is their world-class technical expertise, ambition, and drive to build meaningful solutions.”

To celebrate this milestone, we heard directly from three Sentinels based in Poland about what our culture looks and feels like in action every day.

A Career That Grows With You

Agnieszka Cząba, Senior Threat AdvisorFor Agnieszka Cząba, Senior Threat Advisor, her journey at SentinelOne has been one of genuine growth. Over 3.5 years in, she has moved from a structured analyst role into one where she leads client relationships, shapes outcomes, and brings her own expertise to bear every day.

It is the kind of evolution she describes as entrepreneurial, where the trust placed in her has opened up space to do her best work.

“My role has evolved in a way that gives me real ownership over my day. I can structure my time around what matters most for my clients and that kind of trust from the company is something I really value,” she said.

That pride in her work extends beyond client relationships too. A recent cybersecurity awareness workshop for elderly residents, led by a colleague, stood out to Agnieszka as a moment that reminded her the work Sentinels do reaches beyond the platform and into the communities they live in.

A Company That Invests in Its People

Wojciech Cecot, Staff Technical Support Engineer

For Wojciech Cecot, Staff Technical Support Engineer, based in Kraków, working at SentinelOne has meant something simple but significant: feeling genuinely valued.

Almost five years in, Wojciech speaks about the company with quiet confidence. From the annual IT equipment budget that made his home office feel like a real workspace, to the health insurance and multisport programme his family benefits from, the investment feels personal rather than transactional.

“When a company is recognized as a great place to work, it tells you something real, that the people running it are actually thinking about the employees. That matters to me. It sets a standard.”

That investment shows up beyond the workplace too. Wojciech highlighted how open management has been to his ideas, and with a potential project on the horizon that he believes could have a meaningful impact, he feels genuinely supported to make it happen.

The Freedom to Do Great Work

Piotr Gruszczyński, Senior Staff Pre-Sales Support Engineer

Piotr Gruszczyński, Senior Staff Pre-Sales Support Engineer, has been with SentinelOne for five years, long enough to have seen the company grow, evolve, and move fast. For him, that pace isn’t pressure; it’s part of what makes the work rewarding.

Piotr operates at the intersection of technical expertise and customer relationships, often serving as a prospect’s first real impression of SentinelOne. It’s a responsibility he takes seriously and one he finds deeply satisfying.

“The work is dynamic and genuinely rewarding. You’re trusted to focus on what matters most, doing right by the customer, and that trust is what makes the outcomes feel meaningful.”

Piotr also reflected on the company’s approach to life outside of work. When his son was born, he took full advantage of SentinelOne’s 16-week parental leave, spending that time supporting his wife and being present for his family during what he described as a challenging but joyful chapter.
