WHAT TERMS GOVERN YOUR USAGE
Customer's use of SentinelOne Solutions and Services (as defined in the MSA) is subject to the applicable signed agreement by and between Customer and SentinelOne (e.g. the Master Subscription Agreement or other applicable agreement) or if no signed agreement exists, then as available here: http://www.sentinelone.com/legal/master-subscription-agreement (collectively, the "Agreement").
PURPLE AI AGENTIC INVESTIGATIONS
Purple AI Agentic Investigations autonomously collects evidence, correlates telemetry across your security stack, and delivers a structured investigation report with a clear AI Verdict. Investigations can be started manually from the Alerts page or triggered automatically on eligible incoming alerts when enabled.
FREE TRIAL
Purple AI Agentic Investigations is available as a free trial to eligible Endpoint Security Complete and Commercial customers, including those with an existing AI SOC Analyst entitlement. For customers with AI SOC Analyst, entitlement drawdown is waived for the duration of the trial.
Unless otherwise indicated by SentinelOne, the free trial ends on September 6, 2026, 11:59 PM GMT. To continue using Purple AI Agentic Investigations without interruption, you must select a billing option before your trial ends, which you can do in one click. Continued use after the end of trial requires Singularity Credits under SentinelOne's flexible, consumption-based pricing model. When your trial ends, you will be prompted to choose: enroll in a billing option to keep Purple AI Agentic Investigations running, or confirm that Purple AI Agentic Investigations should stop. You authorize Sentinelone to charge you according to the above if you elect to continue to keep Purple AI Agentic Investigations running.
HOW SINGULARITY CREDITS WORK
Singularity Credits are SentinelOne's standardized unit for measuring and billing AI-driven work across eligible AI features on the platform.
- Each Agentic Investigation consumes 80 Singularity Credits.
- Credits expire at the end of your contract term or 12 months from purchase, whichever comes first.
- Singularity Credits may be applied to other eligible AI features on the platform as they become available.
WAYS TO PURCHASE AND PAY
You can purchase and use Singularity Credits in two ways:
- Prepaid Credits. Purchase a set number of credits in advance and draw them down as you run investigations.
- Pay As You Go. Your usage is metered and billed monthly in arrears.
For purchases directly from Sentinelone, Singularity Credits have a list price as shown in the table below.

Where credits are purchased through an authorized channel partner rather than directly from SentinelOne, pricing terms are established by the partner, and any reference to list pricing here does not apply to those purchases.
You can choose a monthly maximum to control your usage. If you enroll through the one-click option, you will be opted into a default monthly maximum based on your estimated monthly usage. This estimate counts your recent alerts that match Purple AI investigation eligibility criteria, projects that volume to a 30-day month, and multiplies it by the fixed rate of 80 credits per investigation, rounded to the nearest thousand. If your estimated monthly usage is below 1,500 credits, then your default monthly spend limit will be set at 1,500 credits. Overages beyond your prepaid balance or maximum are invoiced the following month unless turned off in Billing Settings. You can adjust your monthly maximum, or change or cancel your billing arrangement at any time from Billing Settings.
By enrolling, you confirm that you are authorized to enter into the billing arrangement on behalf of your organization. Where billing runs through an authorized channel partner, SentinelOne bills the partner and the partner bills you.
All pricing, credit pack sizes, the number of credits consumed per investigation, and related terms are subject to change.
TERMS OF PURCHASE
Payment Terms. Credit cards will be charged upon invoicing. Payment is NET 30 from receipt of a valid invoice.
Overages. Prior to using the Solutions, you shall have the ability to enable excess usage ("Overages") through the administrative settings. If you make such an election, you hereby acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for any excess usage incurred. If your consumption of Credits exceeds the purchased quantity during the applicable term, you will be invoiced for such excess usage in increments of 10 Credits, based on the table below (or SentinelOne's then-current price per Credit, as applicable) billed in arrears on a monthly basis.

For direct purchases via a Purchase Order, SentinelOne may elect not to bill for Overages until the following month. In the event SentinelOne does not bill for such Overages, Overages will roll over from the preceding month.
Taxes. All Fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Customer shall pay, and shall indemnify and hold SentinelOne harmless from all import duties, customs fees, levies or imposts, and all sales, use, value-added or other taxes of any nature, other than taxes based on SentinelOne's net income, including penalties and interest, and all government permit or license fees assessed upon or with respect to any SentinelOne Solution sold or licensed through SentinelOne, and any services rendered to Customer (except to the extent Customer provides SentinelOne with a valid tax exemption certificate). In the event that any withholding tax or other taxes or duties are required to be deducted from any payment under applicable law, then Customer shall pay SentinelOne such additional amount as shall cause the net amount of the aggregate payment to SentinelOne, after giving effect to such deduction, to equal the amount of the payment otherwise due to SentinelOne. It is Customer's responsibility to submit any relevant tax documents, including without limitation tax exemption certificates, prior to or at the time of execution of the relevant Purchase Order.
Refund — Non-Refundable. All sales of Solutions, including sales of prepaid Solutions, are final. Service Credits are not refundable except where required by law.
Refund — Non-usage expiry. Credits automatically expire upon the earlier of: (i) your use of all purchased Credits or (ii) the Credit expiration date in this form, the transactional documentation and/or terms presented to you. Failure to redeem Credits before their expiration date will result in forfeiture. The foregoing shall not apply to the Pay-As-You-Go purchase model.
Refund — Non-renewal trigger. If your subscription to the applicable Solutions terminates or expires while you hold Credits, such Credits are forfeited for the applicable Solution and become void upon the termination or expiration of your Solutions subscription. In the event active subscriptions remain following such termination, any remaining Credits may be applied to such subscriptions.
