Tomer Weingarten is mede-oprichter en Chief Executive Officer van SentinelOne, de wereldwijde leider in AI-beveiliging, en is verantwoordelijk voor de koers, producten en strategie van het bedrijf.

Sonalee Parekh is Chief Financial Officer at SentinelOne, bringing more than 25 years of experience guiding technology companies through scale, complexity, and public-market execution. She leads the company’s global finance organization, including financial planning, controllership, tax, treasury, corporate development, and investor relations.

Prior to SentinelOne, Sonalee served as Chief Financial Officer at Asana, where she strengthened forecasting discipline, improved unit economics, and enhanced predictability during a period of transformation. Previously, she was CFO of RingCentral, a global SaaS company with approximately $2.5B in annual revenue, where she aligned growth strategy with margin expansion and led significant capital structure initiatives, including the refinancing of approximately $2B of debt.

Earlier in her career, Sonalee held senior finance and strategy roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where she led corporate development, M&A, and investor relations, and spent nearly two decades in global investment banking at Goldman Sachs, Barclays, Jefferies, and RBC, advising companies on IPOs, M&A, and capital structure.

She currently serves on the board of indie Semiconductor, where she is Audit Committee Chair, and is a member of the CFO Advisory Council for Lightspeed Venture Partners.

Barry Padgett is a growth-driven executive, builder, and leader with over 25 years of global go-to-market and operational leadership experience. As President and Chief Operating Officer at SentinelOne, Barry oversees marketing, public sector & policy, threat discovery and response, advisory services, and customer success. He has held key leadership roles at category-defining companies including Concur, SAP, Stripe, and Amperity, driving growth and building high-performance global teams. Barry holds degrees in Applied Mathematics, Business and Software Engineering from Union College, the University of New South Wales and Oxford University.

As President of Product & Technology at SentinelOne, Ana Pinczuk brings nearly 30 years of technology and executive leadership experience scaling category-defining SaaS and cybersecurity businesses. Prior to her appointment to SentinelOne’s executive leadership team in September of 2025, she served on SentinelOne’s Board of Directors, giving her deep familiarity with the company’s strategy, culture, and technology roadmap. Her proven leadership track record spans product and technology leadership roles including President & GM at HPE, Chief Development Officer at Anaplan, EVP and Chief Product Officer at Veritas, SVP and GM at Symantec, as well as senior executive positions at Cisco, and AT&T.

Ana also served on the boards of several high-growth SaaS and security companies. She holds undergraduate and graduate mechanical engineering degrees from Cornell University, an executive master’s degree in technology management from the University of Pennsylvania, a master’s degree in software management from Carnegie Mellon University and a master’s degree in Cybersecurity Risk and Strategy from New York University.

Divya Ghatak has served as Chief People Officer of SentinelOne since August 2019. She brings over 25 years of experience in scaling high growth public and private companies by attracting, retaining, and developing best-in-class talent. Today, she leads the People, Places, and Corporate Engagement functions. Divya has enabled the company’s hypergrowth and expansion plans while strengthening an amazing workplace culture through hiring with intention, prioritizing wellbeing, establishing trust, and embracing diversity. Her emphasis on driving corporate engagement through the S Foundation across the communities where we live and work enables Sentinels to be a true force for good. Prior to SentinelOne, Divya was Global VP of People at Nevro and CPO at GoodData. She has also held global HR leadership roles at a variety of tech companies, including Cisco and Tavant. Divya received her Master’s in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Tata Institute of Social Science and her Bachelor of Arts in Economics with honors from Delhi University.

Vóór SentinelOne was hij Executive Vice President, General Counsel en Corporate Secretary bij Tableau Software. Bij Tableau leidde Keenan de juridische en regelgevende procedures die volgden op de beursgang in 2013 door een forse groei en internationale expansie, met inbegrip van de overname, integratie en aanhoudende groei als onderdeel van Salesforce.com, Inc. Eran Ashkenazi is a customer-minded executive, services evangelist, speaker, and problem solver with over 20 years of technical leadership and customer advocacy experience. As the Chief Business Officer at SentinelOne, Eran leads key growth initiatives, fosters strategic partnerships, and strengthens relationships with our top-tier clients. Eran served as the Chief Customer Officer for over a decade, building a world-class service organization including Technical Support, Customer Success, and the Vigilance MDR offering, which includes a 24x7 SOC and incident response retainer. Prior to SentinelOne, Eran led global professional services at network security giant Check Point Software Technologies.

Jeff Reed is Chief Technology Officer at SentinelOne, bringing more than 20 years of experience leading cloud, security, and enterprise platform innovation. He joins from Vectra AI, where he served as Chief Product Officer, overseeing product strategy and execution across engineering, product management, technical marketing, customer support, and security.

Previously, Jeff was Vice President of Product for Cloud Security at Google Cloud, where he led product management and UX across Google Cloud’s security portfolio, including Chronicle Security Operations, Mandiant SaaS offerings, Security Command Center, BeyondCorp, and core cloud security services. Earlier at Google, he led product for Google Kubernetes Engine, Anthos, and serverless platforms.

Before Google, Jeff spent a decade at Cisco in senior leadership roles, including SVP and GM of cloud and network security and GM of Cisco’s Catalyst switching business. He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from Stanford University.

Chris Corde is Chief Product Officer at SentinelOne, leading product management and driving the company’s platform strategy and innovation. He brings more than 20 years of experience across cybersecurity, cloud, and enterprise software.

Previously, Chris was Senior Director of Product Management at Google, leading the Google security product portfolio including Google Security Operations, Google Threat Intelligence, Mandiant offerings, and Chrome Enterprise Premium. Earlier he served as Vice President of Product Management at VMware Carbon Black, leading product and user experience for the Security Business Unit. He also held leadership roles at RSA Security and LogMeIn, spanning product management, corporate strategy, and product marketing.

Chris holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University, a Master’s degree in Computer Science from New York University, and an MBA from Boston College.

Steve Stone is a cybersecurity leader and practitioner with deep experience across threat intelligence, incident response, and managed detection and response. As Chief Customer Officer at SentinelOne, Steve leads Technical Services, Customer Success, and Threat Operations, which includes Incident Readiness & Response, Managed Detection & Response, Threat Hunting, Detection Engineering, and Incident Response Partners & Cyberinsurance.

Steve has held senior leadership roles at Rubrik, Mandiant, and IBM X-Force IRIS, where he built and led teams spanning intelligence, response, and managed services. His insights on cyber threats have been featured in leading publications including Forbes, The New York Times, Bloomberg, and Harvard Business Review. Earlier in his career, he founded the first cyber threat intelligence team for a U.S. Combatant Command and served as a Special Agent with the U.S. Air Force Office of Special Investigations. Steve holds degrees from the University of Illinois, Jacksonville State University, and Northwestern University.

Reeny Sondhi is a senior technology executive with more than 25 years of experience driving enterprise transformation across AI, data, and security for high-growth and global companies. She joins SentinelOne from Twilio, where she served as Chief Digital Officer, accountable for enterprise technology, AI-driven transformation, and corporate and information security.

Previously, Reeny led Autodesk’s TRUST initiative, unifying security, data protection, privacy, and product resiliency to support the company’s transition to a SaaS platform model. Earlier in her career, she held senior technology and security leadership roles at EMC and Dell, guiding global infrastructure and security programs.

Reeny also serves on the board of Rapid7, contributing practitioner insight and security expertise to support innovation and growth.

Her leadership has been recognized across the technology and cybersecurity communities, including being named among the San Francisco Business Times’ “100 Most Influential Women in Bay Area Business.”

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics & Telecommunications and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management.

Brian Goldfarb is Chief Marketing Officer at SentinelOne, where he leads the company’s global marketing strategy, brand, and go-to-market execution. He is a seasoned B2B technology marketing leader with more than 20 years of experience across cybersecurity, cloud, and enterprise software.

Prior to SentinelOne, Brian served as Chief Marketing Officer at SolarWinds, Tenable, Amperity, Chef Software, and Splunk, and held senior marketing leadership roles at Salesforce, Google Cloud, and Microsoft. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale go-to-market transformations, helping organizations define category narratives, strengthen positioning, modernize demand generation, and build brands that drive durable growth. He is known for building high-performing, data-driven marketing organizations and fostering strong cross-functional alignment. Brian holds an A.B. from Duke University in Computer Science and Economics.

Rob joined SentinelOne four years ago to lead our M&A and S Ventures efforts and has been a driving force in expanding our innovation ecosystem. Under his leadership, S Ventures has made 25 investments in market-defining companies including Anthropic, Cohere, Scale AI, and PsiQuantum. On the M&A front, Rob and his team have executed transformative deals that strengthen our AI and data capabilities, most recently leading the acquisitions of Prompt Security and Observo AI in parallel. His vision and discipline continue to accelerate our growth and position SentinelOne at the forefront of AI-driven cybersecurity.
