SentinelOne Data Processing Addendum

SentinelOne offers its Customers a Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) that describes SentinelOne commitments to Customers in SentinelOne’s role as processor and outlines how SentinelOne processes and protects SentinelOne Customers’ Data. SentinelOne DPA is offered in connection with SentinelOne Terms of Services available at https://www.sentinelone.com/legal/ or an executed version of the same.

Executing our DPA:

To execute the SentinelOne DPA please follow the process described below:
1. Have your authorized representative complete and sign the signature boxes in the main body of the DPA;
2. Complete the data exporter information and sign the signature box in Annex I of SCC;
3. Send the completed and signed SentinelOne DPA to privacy@sentinelone.com and please provide your contact details (i.e. name, email address and role)

The SentinelOne DPA will become legally binding upon the earlier of (i) the execution of an Agreement that explicitly states that the DPA is incorporated into the Agreement by reference; and (ii) receipt of the validly completed DPA by SentinelOne at the above email address.
Please note that this DPA has been pre-signed by SentinelOne for your convenience, but any modifications beyond those described above to execute the document will render the DPA null and void.

SentinelOne, Inc. (“SentinelOne”) uses certain sub-processors (including members of the SentinelOne Group and third parties, as listed below) to assist it in providing the SentinelOne Solutions as described in the SentinelOne Terms of Service (“TOS”) available at https://www.sentinelone.com/legal/terms-of-service/ . Defined terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the TOS.
