SentinelOne Data Protection Addendum
SentinelOne offers its customers a Data Protection Addendum (“DPA”) describing SentinelOne’s commitments to customers in SentinelOne’s role as processor and outlines how SentinelOne processes and protects SentinelOne’s customers’ data. SentinelOne’s DPA is offered in connection with the SentinelOne Terms of Service available at https://www.sentinelone.com/legal/ or an executed version of the same by and between SentinelOne and a customer.
Executing our DPA:
To execute the SentinelOne DPA please follow the process described below. An authorized signatory will need to:

3. Once the fields are completed, DocuSign will request an Access Code (which will be sent directly to the email address provided in Step 2) through DocuSign (example below): 
4. Please resume signing by entering the Access Code that will be sent directly to your Authorized Signatory’s email address (example below): 
5. Please complete the required fields and execute.
The SentinelOne DPA will become legally binding upon the earlier of (i) the execution of an Agreement that explicitly states that the DPA is incorporated into the SentinelOne Terms of Service by reference; or (ii) receipt of the validly completed DPA by SentinelOne.
Please note that this DPA has been pre-signed by SentinelOne for your convenience, but any modifications beyond those described above to execute the document will render the DPA null and void.
