When is the APJ Partner Summit 2022 happening?
The APJ Partner Summit 2022 is taking place at the Marriott Merlin Beach Resort, Phuket, Thailand, from 23 to 25 August 2022. Hotel check-in is on Tuesday 23 August and check-out is on Friday 26 August. Please see the Agenda Highlights section for details.
What costs are covered by SentinelOne?
All below costs will be covered by SentinelOne for each confirmed participant:
- 3 nights’ accommodation (single occupancy) – check-in on Tuesday 23 August and check-out on Friday 26 August.
- Airport transfers in Phuket (to/from Phuket International Airport- Marriott Merlin Beach).
- All meals and entertainment listed in the Event Agenda.
Guests will be in charge of covering their air fares to and from Phuket International Airport, any other travel costs required (i.e., visa fees, travel insurance, etc.) and any incidentals during their stay (i.e., mini bar fees, entertainment not included in the event’s Agenda).
Do I need a visa to enter Thailand?
Nationals from most of the countries in APJ are entitled to a 30-days visa exemption. For more information please visit the Royal Thai Embassy website.
Can I bring my family or friends?
The SentinelOne Partner Summit 2022 is a business event, by invitation only. Only business professionals are invited.
Can I extend my stay?
You are welcome to extend your stay at your own cost. We are negotiating a discount with the Marriott Group for all our guests who wish to enjoy the resort after the Summit. Please contact [email protected] for details.
What is the registration process?
Please click on the “Register Now” button and fill out the form. In a few weeks you will receive a pre-registration confirmation email, asking you to complete a new form with your flight details. Only after you submit your flight details will your spot at the Partner Summit be confirmed.
When is the confirmation deadline?
All confirmations must be submitted by Thursday, 30 June 2022. To do so, please complete the online form (which will be sent to you by our event management team, CWT-ME in June) with your flight details. Please do not send us your flight details by email. Please note that we have limited spots available, and we appreciate your confirmation of attendance at the earliest.
What if I have to cancel my registration?
The cancellation deadline is Thursday, 30 June 2022. On this date, your hotel accommodation, F&B, airport transfers, etc, will be secured and paid for by SentinelOne.
For all cancellations after this deadline, we require you to propose a substitute to take your place at the Summit and represent your company. All substitutions are subject to approval by SentinelOne.
For all cancellations after Thursday, 30 June 2022, without an approved substitute, a fee will be charged.
How many people in my team can attend?
Unfortunately, we have limited spots available. Our Summit is by invitation only. Please contact your SentinelOne Channel Business Manager for details.
How do I communicate my dietary restrictions?
Any dietary restrictions should be communicated in the registration form. We will endeavor to ensure any allergies are acknowledged and supported throughout the event.
What if the event is cancelled due to force majeure events?
We are positive that our event will go ahead as planned, but in case a force majeure event disrupts our schedules we will communicate the alternative date to all guests as soon as possible.

We acknowledge that our customers and partners may have similar policies/corporate code of ethics. We will consider your acceptance of our invitation and participation at the event as an acknowledgement that it is within your company’s policy limits and/or that you have received appropriate authorisation from your company. If your company prohibits your participation or limits the expenses that SentinelOne may cover in any manner in this event, please let us know in advance and we will cooperate in complying with your company’s policies.
